day two: "something that's illegal, that you think should be legal"
well...i'm a firm believer that there is a reason WHY things are illegal. and who am I to say what should be legal? BUT for blog sake, i will blog something....
marijuana. the topic that is always up for discussion. it's a natural plant, everyone knows that it is very common in the medical field. do i feel like it should be legal for recreational use? uhh...no. the reason that it's illegal is because of that reason - recreational use. people think it's COOL to use pot - to make drug deals - hell, to even grow their own. BUT i do see marijuana being very useful IF it's used correctly. so stressed out that you can't even manage? take a bong hit. have problems with fear/anxiety/worry? take a bong hit. wanna smoke because all your friends are doing it? go play in traffic.
i think my opinion is very self-explanatory here....people who use because it's illegal is pathetic. people who use it because they truly need it - i don't see why they can't have that option without breaking the law. BUT it's those people who constantly brag, gloat, post on facebook/twitter about it who ruin it for everyone.
